- Photography at events. Nestldown and photographers working on our property may capture images and video during events. As set out in our Facility Use Agreement, Nestldown may use photographs taken on or of the property for promotional and marketing purposes. If you are a guest and would prefer an image of you not be used, email request@nestldown.com and we will remove it.
- Nestldown may use third party software and AI assisted tools to support scheduling, contract administration and event related communications. These tools are engaged under agreements that prohibit the use of customer information to train artificial intelligence models or to share it with unrelated third parties. Customer information is used solely to support the planning and administration of your event.
Information we collect
Nestldown collects information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you visit this website.
Information you provide includes your name, email address, phone number and event details when you submit our contact form, book a tour through our online scheduler, or subscribe to our newsletter. If you book an event with us, we also collect the information needed to prepare and administer your contract, including billing details, guest counts, vendor information and event timelines.
Payment information is processed by Quickbooks, Bank of America, Zelle, or Paypal and is not stored on this website.
Information collected automatically includes your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct tours, plan and administer events, send communications you have asked for, and understand how our website is used. We do not sell your personal information.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. Nestldown may change this privacy policy from time to time at the sole discretion of Nestldown.

If you subscribe through the form at the bottom of our website, we will send you occasional updates about the gardens, the seasons here and news from Nestldown. We do not share your email address with anyone else.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time. You can also email request@nestldown.com and we will remove you.
If you have inquired about or booked an event, we may contact you about that inquiry or event regardless of your newsletter preferences, because that correspondence is part of planning with you.
Our newsletter is administered through Campaign Monitor, which stores subscriber information on our behalf.
Contacting us about your information
If you would like to know what information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, request removal of a photograph, or ask anything else about this policy, email request@nestldown.com. We will respond within 60 days, at most.
